The questions we are actually asked.
- When will my order ship?
- Each product page states its own ship window. Where none is set, the default applies: Made to order · ships in 5–8 business days. Most pieces are made to order, so the window covers production as well as dispatch.
- How do the garments fit?
- Heavyweight cotton in a regular cut that relaxes slightly with wear. The size guide explains how to measure a garment you already own and compare it flat.
- Can I order for a whole team?
- Yes. Team and event kits are quoted rather than sold from the shop — tell us headcount, kit interest and date on the For Teams page and you get a written quote by email.
- Do you co-brand with a company logo?
- One approved placement, agreed in writing before production. Co-branded kits stay in the private catalog and are never shown on public pages.
- Where does checkout happen?
- On Shopify's hosted checkout, in a new tab, with Shop Pay available. No card details are ever entered on this site.
- What is the relationship to LEVEL?
- ThinkClose is a LEVEL brand. The frameworks referenced — the ELEVATE Method, Transcendental Sales, Higher State and the Signal Line — are the intellectual property of Adrian Provost / LEVEL.
