Shipping & returns
Most pieces are made to order. We would rather state a longer window and hold it than promise a short one.
Ship windows
Each product page shows its own ship window. Where a product has no window set, the default applies: Made to order · ships in 5–8 business days. Made-to-order items are printed and finished after the order is placed, which is what the window accounts for.
Delivery and charges
Delivery options, charges and any free-shipping threshold are calculated at checkout, on Shopify, against your address. Whatever checkout shows is what you are charged.
Returns
To supplyYour returns window, condition requirements, who pays return shipping, exchange policy, and the returns address. This section states no policy until you set one.
Faults
If something arrives faulty or incorrect, contact us with your order number and a photo and we will put it right.
